Complete Ctrl is a support package designed for the customer who requires the security of a ‘complete’ solution for any IT issue.
 
 
 
Ctrl Level One is a package designed to support configuration / software issues only. This package is ideal if your hardware is still under warranty.
 
 
 
Ctrl Level Two is a remote support package designed to cover Windows issues only. This is an Ideal solution when all hardware is within the warranty period and software is supported by a 3rd party.
 
 
 
Total Ctrl is a Support service designed for the customer who prefers the ad-hoc, pay-as-you-go approach. The customer owns a block of hours from which support time is subtracted when used. The benefit is that the customer can use these hours for any IT related task they wish.
