Total Ctrl is a Support service designed for the customer who prefers the ad-hoc, pay-as-you-go approach. The customer owns a block of hours from which support time is subtracted when used. The benefit is that the customer can use these hours for any IT related task they wish.

• 1 block = 1 hour
• Telephone / email Support (15 minute blocks)
• Remote control Support (15 minute blocks)
• On-Site desktop support (30 minute blocks )
• On Site Server / network support (60 minutes blocks)
• Covers issues with Windows operating systems, applications or hardware
• 8 business hours telephone response on Issues
• 2 - 5 days lead time for Scheduled tasks

Initial block of 15 hours necessary after which top ups can be purchased in 10 hour increments
